This Salt Scrub increases blood circulation and moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Contains oil from the Chamomile flower that has a calming effect on sensitive skin.
The recipe comes from Scandinavia where salt scrub has been a ritual in the sauna for years. Scrub the skin to stimulate circulation and remove dry skin. Use this scrub in the shower or in the sauna on damp skin, then rinse off, also fits well to the foot bath. It is super moisturizing and softening.
After scrubbing you do not need to lubricate you, use the scrubs 1-2 times a week in between, you can lubricate yourself with Body Butter in the same series.
