Information on the Right of Withdrawal & Returns

At My White Countryhouse, you—as a consumer—naturally have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your item.

For your return to be approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. As home décor and tableware are fragile, we ask that you pack the items extremely carefully to prevent damage during transit back to us.

Making a return is simple:

1. Enter your order number and email address in the form below.

2. Select the items you wish to return and complete the registration.

3. You will immediately receive a confirmation and instructions via email on how to send the package back.

*Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund via Klarna once we have received and approved your return at our warehouse.*
