Watt o Veke

Watt & Veke is a relatively young company founded in 1998 in Eskilstuna, sometimes known as the city of the lamps. Founder Monica Lindström's idea was and is to solve the need for home lighting, combined with creating a atmospheric environment that contributes to a fine and creative interior design.

Good light quality combined with creative and innovative design is the Watt & Veke's success recipe.

Advent star

Or the Christmas star, as it is also called, is a product Watt & Veke has a nice assortment of here at My White Countryhouse.

The Christmas star is supposed to remind of the Bethlehem star and usually is to be set up to first advent and be taken down three weeks after christmas during to the tradition.

Advents or Christmas star is a German invention from the 18th century but was put into production to the most people in the early 1900s.

Watt & Veke works with several well-known designers and works hard to find new inspiration for their different types of lamps, you will find nice ceiling lights, floor lamps, table lamps and many other lamps in designs that you have not seen before as a result of this work.

Designers who work with Watt & Veke are, for example, Åsa Schüllerqvist, Hanna Wessman and Design City AlménGest, together they create the unique decor that you will find selected parts of us in our webshop.
