All sales are made by applying the Swedish Consumer Sales law (SFS 1990: 932) and the Distance Selling Act (2005: 59). More information is available at the Swedish Consumer department.
Your package comes from us usually within 1-3 days. For delivery outside Sweden it will take some extra days.
The delivery normally go to your nearest DHL servicepoint. Large shipments are sent by home delivery weekdays 8-16.
At home delivery announces the shipping company you to agree on a time to receive the goods.
At home delivery are the goods at the gate or alternatively driveway. Carrying can be contracted through us toward an actual carrying company charges.
We have chosen not to have a minimum order value limit on My White Country House, all orders are welcome, big and small!
Open purchase, returning conditions
At the open purchase apply the terms under the Distance Selling law. It means that you have the right to cancel your purchase or switch to another product within 14 days of the receiving of the goods, provided the goods are unused and in the original packaging. If you want to exchange or return an item, please contact us via email: [email protected] before you send the item back. You pay for the return shipping and transportation risk if you wish to return or exchange an item. We do not accept returned goods sent by mail or are not fully payed. Shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, The netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Check republic, Hungary and Finland is 195 SEK for parcels, the purchase of furniture and bulky goods it will be addad another 1995 SEK.

An order confirmation is sent immediately to the email address submitted in the order. Do you receive no confirmation, it is because the email address has not been filled in correctly, it is enough that a single character is wrong.
Delivery to another recipient
You can choose delivery to another destination when you checkout. Delivery to another recipient may only be made by direct payment, Swish or bank card payments.
Ordering you as a company, we will send the products package to the address where we assume that there is the reception staff. Delivery to Norway
Your order will be sent as a package delivery by DHL or UPS, and shipping cost is 385: - for normal parcels. Would you buy furniture or big things, you should contact us in advance to get the correct shipping cost which may vary from case to case.
VAT: VAT is deducted automatically for countries such as Denmark, Aland, Switzerland.

My White Country House resolve not to, or pay a few extra fees in connection with international deliveries and returns, unless otherwise agreed.
Personal information stored in our customer database when you register as a client. No unauthorized person has access to this register and the data will not be disclosed to other companies except Klarna who are our partners and handles payment and billing. We do not store personal identification in our customer database, it is only used when invoice payment to our partner Klarna be able to do a credit check when shopping invoice.
