All sales are made by applying the Swedish Consumer Sales law (SFS 1990: 932) and the Distance Selling Act (2005: 59). More information is available at the Swedish Consumer department.
Fast deliveries
Your package is sent from us usually within 1-3 days. For delivery outside Sweden it will take around 2-7 days.
The delivery normally go to your nearest DHL servicepoint. Large shipments are sent by home delivery weekdays 8-16. If your nearest servicepoint is full the shipment will be relocated to the closest servicepoint which have space enough,
At home delivery announces the shipping company you to agree on a time to receive the goods.
At home delivery are the goods at the gate or alternatively driveway. Carrying can be contracted through us toward an actual carrying company charges.
Delivery before Christmas 2023, Europe, DHL Parcel Connect
Order no later than 12:00 on 14/12 for delivery before 24/12.
For customers in Sweden you need to place your order before 12:00 on 20/12 for delivery before 24/12

We have chosen not to have a minimum order value limit on My White Country House, all orders are welcome, big and small!
Open purchase, returning conditions
At the open purchase apply the terms under the Distance Selling law. It means that you have the right to cancel your purchase or switch to another product within 14 days of the receiving of the goods, provided the goods are unused and in the original packaging. The period starts the day you receive the goods. To read about the Distance Selling law, go to the Consumer departments website www.konsumentverket.se.
After you told us that you regret a purchase you have another 14 days for returning the products.

If you want to exchange or return an item, please contact us via email: [email protected] before you send the item back. You pay for the return shipping and transportation risk if you wish to return or exchange an item. We do not accept returned goods sent by mail or are not fully payed. The returned items must be unused and undamaged and retain any. original packaging. When the returned goods inspected by us and approved the return we will send replacement goods or alternatively refund the purchase price for the goods (not freights and fees) as soon as possible or within 30 days from the time we received the return.
Only use Shenker/DHL for private and Postnord businesspackage for returns.

Any duties or VAT for customers outside the EU are not paid on returned goods.

Shipping
For orders over 950: - Free shipping in Sweden, other orders costs 69, - per parcel in Sweden. At consignments containing only ribbons, the color map or scarves, the lower freight at 29 - be selected at checkout in Sweden, for large envelopes it costs 39kr.
Shipping costs to Norway located at 385 SEK, more information below. For orders from Norway you need to check the rules and regulations at https://www.toll.no/en/
Shipping costs for Denmark, Spain and Germany is 99 SEK, for furniture and large items it will add a cost of at least 1995 SEK, always contact us before you place your order to get the correct freight cost.
Shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, The netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Check republic, Hungary and Finland is 195 SEK for parcels, the purchase of furniture and bulky goods it will be addad another 1995 SEK.
We do not deliver to Åland and the Faroe islands, we can deliver to Åland with an extra fee which will be added to yor order, the same conditions for islands like Mallorca, Menorca etc...
All information on pruduct-pages, articelgroup-pages and campaigns about free shipping is for shipping onside Sweden only.

The conditions for you as a consumer should be able to shop with invoice is that you are registered in the population register in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria och Germany and that you are over 18 years. With Klarna account, you can pay for in installments from 50, - / month or 1/24 of the total amount and the payment methods from which to choose how much to pay each month. You collect all your purchases in a calendar month, both here at My White Country House and other stores that also offer payment via Klarna Account. This means that you only receive one bill in the middle of the following month with 14 days credit, and only an administrative fee of 29, - regardless of the number of purchases. You can always choose to pay the entire amount at once. Klarna account costs nothing in the arrangement fee. For Klarna account concerns an annual interest rate of 19.5% and effective interest rate from 26.99% in the purchase of 10 000. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation is sent immediately to the email address submitted in the order. Do you receive no confirmation, it is because the email address has not been filled in correctly, it is enough that a single character is wrong.
Delivery to another recipient
You can choose delivery to another destination when you checkout. Delivery to another recipient may only be made by direct payment, Swish or bank card payments.
For companies
For larger orders, you should contact us in advance for us to ensure that we have the products in stock. Make a request to us at [email protected] alternative 018-370070.
Ordering you as a company, we will send the products package to the address where we assume that there is the reception staff. Is it unoccupied, it must be stated in your order so we can add delivery to servicepoint instead. Unclaimed packages
For non-Picked package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you
400 SEK regardless of the purchase amount to cover shipping / return shipping and administrative costs.
We can in some occasions send the package a second time, this is not mandatory, it is decided from case to case.
For non-picked package outside Sweden we will charge actual freightcost plus 400:- in handling and administration fee.
When not picked furniture will be charged the total cost of shipping plus 400: - the administrative fee.
When you have ordered furniture or other large items for home delivery you have three days to book date for reception of goods after you have been nofified from the transportationcompany, if it takes logner it will cost you extra rent that the tranpostationcompany charge to store your products.
Be very careful when filling in the mobile phone numbers and email addresses so that alerts arrive to you. Contact us immediately if you suspect you accidentally fill in the wrong details so we can help you, please note that this must be done within the following time before the package is returned from your agent.
Unclaimed furniture also concerns about the recipient is not reachable by phone, email or letter, resulting in the return of furniture.
Note Remember that if the recipient has not removed the package from the delivery point within 7 days return the package to us at DHL's terms and conditions, be sure to phone number for notification is properly completed. Upon replacement of damaged goods, compensation is paid only for the value of the goods, not for shipping costs and other fees.

Delivery to Norway
Your order will be sent as a package delivery by DHL or UPS, and shipping cost is 385: - for normal parcels. Would you buy furniture or big things, you should contact us in advance to get the correct shipping cost which may vary from case to case.
VAT: VAT is deducted automatically for countries such as Denmark, Aland, Switzerland.
Norwegian VAT will be, it will be up afterwards by Tollpost / DHL, please see the following link for more info on VAT and customs duties: https://www.toll.no/no/netthandel/
My White Country House resolve not to, or pay a few extra fees in connection with international deliveries and returns, unless otherwise agreed.
Personal data
Personal information stored in our customer database when you register as a client. No unauthorized person has access to this register and the data will not be disclosed to other companies except Klarna who are our partners and handles payment and billing. The customer register implemented in accordance with the Personal Data law(PUL). For more information about the Data Protection law read here: www.pul.nu.
We do not store personal identification in our customer database, it is only used when invoice payment to our partner Klarna be able to do a credit check when shopping invoice.

We take no responsibility for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond the company control, such as strikes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
