This caramel sauce is fantastically good for ice cream, preferably hot, it can also be rolled over pancakes, fruit and berries.
It can also, of course, be used for pastries, here it is the imagination that sets the limits. It is extremely caramel and has a real pinch of sea salt in it.
INGREDIENTS Sugar, cream, glucose syrup, butter and sea salt. Unopened best within 12 months. 265 ml (300g)
