This caramel sauce is fantastically good for ice cream, preferably hot, it can also be rolled over pancakes, fruit and berries.
It can also, of course, be used for pastries, here it is the imagination that sets the limits. This sauce with content of roasted hazelnuts, chocolate and a light saltiness gives a wonderful nougat taste.
INGREDIENTS Sugar, cream, glucose syrup, butter, chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa, soy lecithin, vanilla), cocoa and sea salt. Best within 12 months. 265ml (300g).
